Sunshine Builders, Inc. is an individually owned general contracting firm, founded in 1987 by Eddie Jones.
Eddie has been in the construction business for more than 35 years starting as a foreman in Summit County Colorado before moving to Bonner County in 1984 and starting Sunshine Builders Inc. in 1987. Eddie’s experience encompasses single and multi-family homes, condominiums and remodels from large to small.
Here at Sunshine Builders, we provide the expertise to craft superb custom homes with uncompromised quality. Our relationship with clients, and their satisfaction, is the most important resource for Sunshine Builders continued success. Our projects are completed on time and on budget. We offer a wealth of experience, along with a relentless work ethic, to achieve our goals.
